This One Day Workshop will explore some essential oil painting techniques and provide you with the confidence to continue working in this expressive medium. The Workshop is aimed at those who want to ‘have a go’ at painting in oils. It will enable you to understand how to approach some basic techniques, such as mixing colours, handling brushes, selecting compositions, and making marks. You will learn the essential skills of how to start an oil painting, including how to organise your materials and equipment. The subject area focus will be Still Life.
