How to apply for membership of the LSA

Applications for membership are welcomed from artists living or working in Leicestershire or Rutland or with strong connections to the area.

Applicants must complete an application form and submit four original works to the Council of the Leicester Society of Artists. We accept original paintings, drawings, sculpture and prints. We do not accept photography or reproductions such as Giclé or similar processes.

Application Form

I wish to apply for membership to the Leicester Society of Artists and I agree to submit FOUR original works in support of my application.

Please ensure that each work is well presented, as though for exhibition. Label each work clearly.

Optional additions to your submission:

• A sketchbook
• Short CV and/or artist’s statement
• Up to four preliminary studies

ALL fields MUST be filled in, thank you. (Your telephone number is required in case there is a problem with the application and will not be used for any other reason.)
