Home is where the art is for a captivating new exhibition at Leicester’s New Walk Museum and Art Gallery writes Leslie Godwin. The Leicester Society of Artists’ latest show explores the way its members perceive the city. The result is Leicester Living City, a vibrant exhibition which showcases work in almost all materials available to artists. The exhibition has been beautifully presented and the lighting is wonderful. There’s even an artistic take on The Week. Well, I never.
Verdict: This show deserves at least two visits and you would discover new enjoyment at each visit.
