Leicester based artist working mainly with relief printmaking.


Her work displays a strong sense of place, whether it be in response to a loved garden, a significant building or even an often taken walk and a favourite tree.

She is interested in the relationship between people and places, how places grow and become important , the result of human intervention and interaction - the allotment or public park is more interesting than the remote moorland !

She makes reduction and multi plate lino prints on her 200 year old Cope Albion press - they range in scale, often created in a dedicated project focus so although existing independently the images often develop a theme through a series of related work.
