My work in painting, print and artists books employs a wide range of media - acrylic on canvas or paper sometimes combined with poured household paint or collage and sometimes watercolour on paper. The subject matter also has a wide range from landscape or the figure in movement to images derived from the narrative of dance and opera. The present paintings are based on photographs taken from the television of the moment underwater when divers prepare to rise to the surface of the pool.
