Before you start filling in the online Entry Form, please ensure you have the following information for each work (a maximum of two pieces) -
1. Title of work
2. Media – eg. oil on canvas, acrylic, textile, wood, glass, etc.
3. Size of work in mm – including frame
4. Selling Price – including 42% commission. If not for sale (NFS), a price of the work for insurance purposes.
5. Print Edition – If this work is also available as an unframed print edition:
Number of unframed prints available
Selling price – for each unframed print, including 42% commission
6. Photograph/digital file of the work (JPEG, JPG, PNG, or GIF) – there is an upload button on the form
7. Artist Statement – you can either paste this into the Entry Form, or upload a text document (Word or PDF)
Good to know: Your submission details as you complete this form are saved on your device, which allows you to return to the form if you require to assemble more detail before submission. Warning: You can only access an incomplete form on the same device you visited the form with initially, or, saved data will no longer be present. If you delete stored browser data (erase your browsing history) the saved information will be lost.
