15 objects ranging from 1902 to 2006 owned by Leicester Arts & Museum Service form the basis of this exhibition; New Walk Museum & Art Gallery and Leicester Society of Artists have collaborated on this  project to celebrate the first 125 of Leicester Society of Artists.

The exhibition is divided into 5 sections, respresenting the 125 years that the Society has exhibited in Leicester at this purpose built museum and art gallery. The exhibition is full of surprising takes on the original objects in media ranging from metals to oil paint. The rarely seen watercolour by Wilmot Pilsbury, the first headmaster of Leicester School of Art and early President of the LSA, was put on display for the run of the exhibition.
