Leicester Society of Artists 140th Annual Exhibition

Leicester Society of Artists is delighted to return to Leicester Museum & Art Gallery to stage its 140th annual exhibition. The LSA is one of the longest existing Art Societies in the country, with a history stretching back to 1881.

The LSA Annual Exhibition is one of the highlights of the arts calendar, where you can see and buy exciting work by many of the finest professional artists in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. The two-month-long show is a chance for members to show some of their newest work to audiences in Leicester. The exhibition will feature a diverse range of media, including painting, sculpture, printmaking, mixed media work and contemporary crafts.
In association with De Montfort University and Loughborough University School of Arts & Design, LSA is proud to feature the finalists of the LSA Student Award alongside the work of its members.
During the exhibition at the Leicester Museum & Art Gallery, the Society will host a programme of public art events and workshops. As the exhibition approaches, visit the LSA website or the New Walk Museum and Gallery website for up-to-date information and booking details.
To coincide with the exhibition's opening, the LSA will launch an online catalogue and gallery.
