An exhibition of hand-printed books, paintings and prints by Phil Redford. Between 1992 and 2005 Phil Redford produced a series of hand-printed linocut books based on Richard Wagner's music dramas of the Ring cycle and Tristan und Isolde.  The books communicate the artist's response to the dramas in the narrative and his response to the music through images without text.  The books are concertina bound.  Ring comprises four books with 115 images, and Tristan is one books containing 22 images.

A complete set of the books is held at the British Library.
