Jo Sheppard will be hosting an art exhibition in the village of Quorn, near Loughborough, this autumn. The show promises to feature an extensive and diverse range of original artwork, with pieces varying in size from small postcard dimensions to large works over five feet wide.
Visitors to the exhibition can expect to see a broad selection of artistic media, including oil paintings, acrylic paintings, mixed media pieces, as well as fine art prints such as lino cuts, etchings, and silk screen prints. In addition to original works, a selection of limited-edition prints and greeting cards will be available for purchase. Prices for these items will start from as little as £2, with original paintings available from just £15.
Much of Jo Sheppard’s artwork takes inspiration from the Charnwood countryside, an area she clearly values. This strong appreciation for the local landscape appears throughout her portfolio. Alongside nature-inspired works, visitors can also view several other collections, including pieces with architectural, abstract, and fossil themes.
The exhibition will take place over the weekend of November 22nd and 23rd. Doors will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on both days. The venue for the event is The Church Rooms, Quorn, Leicestershire, LE12 8DP.
