Trevor Bent is interested in the creative arts and their historic connection to an esoteric world, including ancient and modern religions, the magic of signs and symbols and the myths and legends surrounding them.

I respect the power of nature and its influence on mankind. Generation after generation, mankind has produced images that symbolise its connection to and veneration of the environment in which it lives. I try to combine nature as I see and touch it with those powerful ancient images handed down by our ancestors.

TREVOR BENT, 2024
In 2016, Indigo Blue Media filmed Trevor Bent and fellow member John Sydney Carter on location in their studios and workshops.  In the film, entitled Sculpt, the two sculptors discuss how they work with their materials in three dimensions and the inspiration that keeps them at it every day.
