Sue Clegg is a multidisciplinary artist and printmaker whose work explores a number of themes including places (both rural and urban) that people have made ‘pilgrimage’ to seek solace and connection.

Currently her work looks at locations whose popularity and footfall has increased significantly since the pandemic. Working from onsite drawings, prints, photo and videos, Sue creates both traditional and digital pieces where print is a predominant element. Sue utilises movements and mark-making, colour, line, texture and shape to evoke the spirit and energy of a place and bringing these together in different forms.
