Built as a corn exchange and ball room in 1855, today Loughborough Town Hall is a theatre, venue and art gallery.  SOCK gallery is located within the foyer fronting onto the pedestrianised area of the market place.

Admission is free.

10-4 Monday - Friday
10-3 Saturday

& when the Town Hall is open later for shows and events.  

By car:

There are several car parks nearby.  If using a Sat Nav enter LE11 2XB, this will direct you to Woodgate where there are 2 suitable carparks closest to the Town Hall.  

 

We recommend the Beehive Lane Multi-storey (P1), pay on foot, on the right side of Woodgate.  Sital House Pay and Display car park (P2), further along on the left side of Woodgate, offers several disabled parking spaces, and is closer, for those with walking difficulties.  Please take care not to park in any of the numbered spaces here, numbered spaces are privately allocate, and you may get a ticket if you park in those spaces.  Drive through to the second section of the car park to find a space and pay and display.

From the M1 exit the motorway at J23.  Follow the A512 into the centre of Loughborough, at Sainsbury's traffic lights turn right onto Frederick Street/Browns Lane, go past the Leisure Centre on your right.  At the traffic lights turn left along Woodgate. 
 . . . . . "down to the end and turn right!". 

 Cyclists and pedestrians:

The venue is situated within a pedestrianised area within easy walking distance of several bus routes and Loughborough Train Station.  Cyclists can use a number of well placed bike racks in the town centre.


Public Transport 
 
Loughborough is well served by public transport and Loughborough Town Hall is ideally situated in the town centre for bus stops within easy walking distance.
